Job Description
Key Responsibilities

- Implement and configure Zoho Books and Zoho ERP solutions based on customer business requirements.

- Conduct requirement-gathering workshops, business process analysis and solution mapping.

- Understand and configure core financial processes, including:

- General Ledger, Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable

- Purchase-to-Pay (P2P) and Order-to-Cash (O2C)

- Banking, reconciliation and cash management

- GST, TDS and statutory compliance

- Inventory accounting, costing and financial reporting

- Budgeting, profitability analysis and MIS

- Work on integrations between Finance, Sales, Procurement, Inventory and other business applications.

- Support data migration, testing, user training and go-live activities.

- Recommend process improvements, automation and ERP best practices.

- Collaborate with technical consultants to deliver integrated business solutions.

RequirementsWhat We're Looking For

- 2–8 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, ERP Consulting or ERP Implementation.

- Strong understanding of accounting principles and end-to-end business processes.

- Experience with Zoho Books, Zoho Inventory, Zoho ERP, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Tally or other ERP platforms.

- Ability to translate business requirements into functional ERP solutions.

- Good communication, documentation and customer-facing consulting skills.

- Understanding of Indian taxation and financial compliance requirements.

Preferred Qualifications

- B. Com / M. Com / MBA Finance / CA Inter / CMA Inter / CA / CMA or equivalent qualifications.





- Hands-on experience implementing or supporting financial and ERP systems.

- Exposure to manufacturing, distribution, trading or service industry processes.

- Experience with Zoho Analytics, Power BI would be an advantage

Requirements
Required skills and qualifications · Proven experience (professional or otherwise) as an application developer · Ability to work in at least one programming language (ex: Java Script, Python) · Deep understanding of core programming principles, including design · Critical thinking and analytical skills · Valuable practical knowledge on Angular 12+, typescript, RxJS, Entity framework, Web API, ASP.NET Core, Java Script and HTML5. · Hands on experience on LINQ, Rabbit MQ, Syntactically Awesome Style Sheet(SCSS). · Good practical knowledge on SQL Server and Query Tuning · Hands on experience on Windows services using NSSM(Non-Sucking Service Manager) · Understanding on Authentication mechanism using ADFS. · Basic knowledge on Azure Dev Ops · Experience with GIT & JIRA · Knowledge on Bootstrap, Angular Material Preferred skills and qualifications · Good Practical Knowledge on ADO.NET or Entity Framework · Good practical knowledge on WCF. · Experience working as part of a development team · Strong communication skills
