ABOUT THE ROLE

Neural Sourcing is sharing an open contract role from micro1, an AI training data company. You'll work inside a SaaS company's revenue stack where the operational logic has drifted: rules that contradict each other, automations still firing under retired policies, duplicate customer records and permissions that don't match the documentation. Your job is to audit it, make judgment calls and document your reasoning. This work helps train the next generation of AI systems. No prior AI experience is required. Your CRM and revenue operations expertise is what matters.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Audit CRM and connected revenue systems for contradictions, obsolete policies, duplicate records and inconsistencies

- Resolve policy conflicts by deciding which business rules take precedence, and document clear reasoning

- Write precise operational prompts describing best practices for complex, real-world SaaS data scenarios

- Reconcile data across platforms to clarify the intended state and keep systems consistent

- Document the changes you recommend, and the areas you deliberately leave unchanged

- Explain how proposed changes affect connected tools such as billing, CPQ, ticketing or integration platforms

- Share insights on system design, optimization and CRM governance in a SaaS context

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR





- Around 4-6 years of hands-on CRM administration or implementation with Salesforce, Hub Spot, Microsoft Dynamics 365 or a comparable platform

- Real-world CRM projects, such as implementations, migrations, consolidations or rollouts you led independently

- Practical experience configuring fields, flows, validation rules, objects and permission sets (certifications are a plus, but hands-on build experience matters more)

- Working knowledge of at least two related systems, such as billing, subscription management, CPQ, ticketing, project tracking or integration middleware

- Comfort in the data layer: SQL, APIs, system data models and cross-system data reconciliation

- Experience in SaaS environments (regulated industries or multi-product complexity are a plus)

- Excellent qualified English, written and verbal, especially for documenting technical reasoning and policy decisions
