Role:
Lead the Engineering, Maintenance, Utilities, and Projects functions to ensure reliable plant operations, regulatory compliance, safety, and continuous improvement in an API manufacturing facility.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage plant engineering, maintenance, utilities, and capital projects.
- Ensure maximum equipment uptime through preventive and predictive maintenance.
- Oversee utilities such as HVAC, Boilers, Chillers, Air Compressors, Water Systems, and ETP.
- Lead plant expansion, debottlenecking, and automation projects.
- Ensure compliance with cGMP, EHS, and regulatory requirements.
- Drive energy conservation, cost optimization, and reliability improvement initiatives.
- Support regulatory audits and inspections.




- Lead and develop engineering and maintenance teams.

Qualification:
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical Engineering, or related discipline.

Experience:
15–20 years of experience in pharmaceutical/API manufacturing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role managing Engineering & Maintenance functions.
