Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Digital Workplace Transition Lead to manage end-to-end service transitions from clients or incumbent vendors into India Delivery Centers and/or global delivery models.

The role requires expertise in transition governance, knowledge transfer, service readiness, risk management, stakeholder coordination, and offshore ramp-up across Digital Workplace services. The candidate will also contribute to pre-sales transition solutioning, including transition strategy, effort estimation, transition planning, and client presentations for RFPs and oral presentations.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end transitions of Digital Workplace services from clients or incumbent vendors to delivery centers.

- Develop transition strategies, plans, timelines, milestones, governance structures, and resource ramp-up plans.

- Drive knowledge transfer (KT), documentation, process walkthroughs, shadowing, reverse shadowing, and operational handover.

- Coordinate with client stakeholders, incumbent vendors, delivery teams, service owners, and offshore teams to ensure a smooth transition.

- Manage transition risks, dependencies, issues, action plans, and escalations.

- Ensure service readiness through operational documentation, access provisioning, staffing, tooling, process validation, and readiness assessments.

- Track transition progress through governance meetings, status reports, KPIs, and milestone reviews.

- Support offshore ramp-up and ensure transitioned services meet agreed service levels and operational requirements.

- Contribute to pre-sales and transition solutioning, including transition approach design, effort estimation, resource planning, timelines, assumptions, and risk assessments.

- Prepare transition plans and solution inputs for RFPs, proposals, client presentations,



and oral presentations.

- Collaborate with sales, solution architects, delivery leaders, and operations teams to develop practical and cost-effective transition solutions.

- Identify opportunities to improve transition processes, reduce risks, and accelerate service stabilization.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- 5+ years of relevant experience in IT service transitions, transition management, service delivery, or related roles.

- Hands-on experience managing end-to-end transitions from clients or incumbent service providers.

- Strong understanding of Digital Workplace services and IT operations.

- Experience in transition governance, knowledge transfer, service readiness, risk management, and operational handover.

- Exposure to offshore delivery models, resource ramp-up, and global delivery coordination.

- Experience preparing transition plans, timelines, estimates, governance reports, and risk registers.

- Solid stakeholder management, communication, coordination, and presentation skills.

- Ability to manage multiple transition activities, dependencies, milestones, and escalations.





- Experience supporting pre-sales transition solutioning, RFP responses, and client presentations.

Preferred Skills
- Experience transitioning multiple Digital Workplace service towers or large-scale IT support services.

- Exposure to ITIL-based service management and service stabilization.

- Experience with transition methodologies, governance frameworks, and readiness assessments.

- Knowledge of transition-related KPIs, SLAs, and operational performance measures.

- Experience presenting transition strategies to clients and senior stakeholders.
