Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Technical Consultant with 5 8 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and implementing Business Central solutions. The ideal candidate should possess robust expertise in AL development, extensions, integrations, reporting, Dev Ops practices, and BC SaaS architecture. The role requires direct interaction with clients, conducting solution workshops, and translating business requirements into scalable and high-performing solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and deploy Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central solutions using AL Language.
Develop and maintain Business Central Extensions following Microsoft best practices.
Create and customize Reports, RDLC Reports, Word Layouts, XML Ports, and Queries.
Design and implement integrations using REST APIs, Web Services, and external systems.
Develop automation solutions leveraging Power Automate and Microsoft Power Platform.
Manage source control, branching strategies, CI/CD pipelines, and deployments using Git and Azure Dev Ops.
Implement and support solutions on Business Central SaaS environments.




Perform application optimization, troubleshooting, and performance tuning for Business Central environments.
Participate in solution design discussions and contribute to solution architecture decisions.
Conduct client workshops, gather requirements, prepare technical designs, and provide solution recommendations.
Collaborate with functional consultants, architects, and business stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
Ensure adherence to coding standards, security guidelines, and development best practices.
Support estimation, technical documentation, knowledge sharing, and mentoring of junior team members.
