Dev Ops Engineer – Kubernetes

Summary
We are seeking an experienced professional to lead the maintenance and optimization of our cloud-native infrastructure, with a specialized focus on Kubernetes environments. This pivotal role is essential for ensuring the seamless deployment of applications, facilitating robust operational support, and driving cross-functional collaboration to solve complex technical challenges. The ideal candidate will leverage deep expertise in Dev Ops methodologies and CI/CD strategies to enhance system reliability and accelerate delivery cycles within our IT services sector.
Responsibilities

- Oversee the ongoing maintenance and health of production platforms to ensure high availability and performance.

- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with business objectives and project timelines.

- Manage the end-to-end deployment lifecycle, providing continuous operational support for critical services.

- Conduct in-depth analysis of system incidents to identify root causes and implement effective resolution strategies.

- Design, configure, and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines to streamline software delivery and automation.

- Perform advanced troubleshooting and error correction to minimize downtime and resolve technical issues swiftly.





- Apply strong Kubernetes knowledge to orchestrate containers, manage clusters, and optimize resource utilization.

RequirementsRequirements:

- Proven experience in Dev Ops Engineering, specifically within the IT Services industry.

- Strong proficiency in Kubernetes (K8s) architecture, including cluster management and container orchestration.

- Demonstrated ability to set up and maintain productive CI/CD pipelines for automated deployment workflows.

- Solid track record in platform maintenance and ensuring system stability in dynamic environments.

- Excellent skills in issue analysis, root cause investigation, and rapid resolution of technical errors.

- Ability to work collaboratively across teams to drive operational excellence and project success.

- 4 to 7 years of relevant work experience in a Dev Ops or Site Reliability Engineering capacity.

- Competitive salary package of ₹15 LPA.
