As a Senior Consultant, you will work directly with Japan base project teams, executive stakeholders, technology leaders, and business teams to design future-state technology strategies, operating models, transformation roadmaps, and investment cases that enable organisations to achieve their strategic objectives.

The successful candidate will combine robust analytical capabilities with exceptional communication skills and the ability to work effectively in both Japanese and English business environments.

Key Responsibilities

Technology Strategy & Transformation

- Support enterprise technology strategies aligned with business objectives and growth ambitions.
- Requirement gathering, FRD, BRD, IT Domain
- Assess current-state IT capabilities and define future-state technology roadmaps.
- Support large-scale digital, cloud, data, cyber, and IT transformation programmes.
- Conduct technology landscape assessments and identify opportunities for optimisation and modernisation.
- Advise CIOs and senior executives on technology investment priorities and transformation initiatives.
