Position - Performance Marketing Manager – D2C

About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Performance Marketing Manager to drive D2C revenue growth for Impex and Delici across India and GCC markets. The role involves managing paid media campaigns, optimizing website conversions, improving customer experience, and delivering revenue targets at the desired ROAS.

Key Responsibilities

* Plan and manage Google Ads, Meta Ads, Shopping, Performance Max and remarketing campaigns.
* Own paid revenue, ROAS, campaign budgets and performance optimization.
* Manage GA4, Google Tag Manager (GTM), conversion tracking and attribution.
* Drive website CRO, A/B testing, and funnel optimization.
* Analyze website performance using Microsoft Clarity, Hotjar or similar tools.




* Manage campaign audits, agency performance and budget allocation.
* Develop full-funnel marketing strategies for India and GCC markets.

Required Skills & Experience

* 5–8 years of hands-on performance marketing experience in D2C or e-commerce.
* Proven ownership of paid revenue and ROAS targets.
* Robust expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, GA4 and GTM.
* Experience in conversion tracking, CRO and A/B testing.
* International market exposure; GCC experience is preferred.
* Consumer electronics, home appliances or consumer durables experience is an advantage.
* Google Ads and Meta certifications required.
