SAP EWM Business Process Analyst – Claims & Returns (C&R;)

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and cooperative SAP EWM Business Process Analyst to support and optimize Claims & Returns (C&R;) processes within our global logistics landscape. The role focuses on analyzing, designing, testing, and improving SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) processes supporting returns, claims handling, reverse logistics, disposition, refurbishment, and customer return fulfillment operations across Europe and Dubai.

The analyst will work closely with Business Process Owners, SAP Solution Architects, IT Delivery Teams, Warehouse Operations, and Supply Chain stakeholders as part of an international Agile Scrum team to deliver scalable and efficient logistics solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Business Process Analysis & Solution Design

- Analyze business requirements related to claims, returns, reverse logistics, and aftersales supply chain processes.
- Translate business requirements into SAP EWM functional specifications, process flows, and solution designs.
- Design and optimize end-to-end return processes, including: Customer Returns,Warranty Returns,Claims Processing,Refurbishment and Repair Flows,Disposal and Scrap Processes




- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align SAP EWM processes with business objectives and operational requirements.
- Create and execute functional, integration, and user acceptance test scenarios.
- Coordinate defect resolution activities with development and support teams.
- Coordinate with IT teams to implement the Business requirements in SAP EWM.

Agile Delivery & Stakeholder Collaboration

- Participate in Agile ceremonies including: Iteration Planning,Daily Stand-ups,Sprint Reviews,Retrospectives,Backlog Refinement
- Support Product Owners with user story elaboration and acceptance criteria definition.
- Collaborate with warehouse operations, business process owners, and technical teams to clarify requirements and resolve issues.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and process standardization.
- Utilize Jira, Confluence, and test management tools for documentation and tracking.
Qualifikationen

Required Qualifications

Functional & SAP Expertise

- Strong experience in logistics and supply chain execution processes with emphasis on: Claims Management,Customer Returns,Reverse Logistics,Aftersales Operations
- Hands-on experience with SAP EWM process design and execution.
- Understanding of warehouse operations and inventory management processes.




- Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA integration with SAP EWM.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work effectively with global teams and business stakeholders.
- German language and SAP EWM certification are considered an advantage.
