Role Title:Principal Engineer

Position Summary:

- We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion ERP & Visual Builder Developer with 5-8 years' experience in designing, developing, and supporting modern digital experiences and application extensions across Oracle Fusion Cloud. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Oracle Visual Builder / Visual Builder Studio, Oracle Digital Customer Service (DCS), Redwood application extensions, Oracle Fusion ERP sandboxes, reusable web components, Java Script, Oracle JET, and REST APIs. This role will work closely with functional, architecture, integration, security, and UX teams to deliver scalable and supportable Customer facing solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and develop applications and Fusion extensions using Oracle Visual Builder and Visual Builder Studio.




- Develop and enhance Redwood-based Oracle Fusion application experiences.
- Design, develop, customize, and support Oracle Digital Customer Service (DCS) applications and customer self-service experiences.
- Develop reusable web components and Oracle JET components using Java Script, HTML5, CSS, and related web technologies.
- Build configurable UI components with reusable attributes, events, behaviors, and data interfaces.
- Configure Visual Builder pages, dynamic layouts, variables, action chains, events, validations, and business logic.
- Create and manage Oracle Fusion ERP sandboxes for application configuration and extension development.
- Integrate Visual Builder and DCS applications with Oracle Fusion REST APIs and enterprise services.
- Develop customer-facing capabilities for service requests, knowledge, assets, work orders, registration, authentication, and other digital service experiences.
- Troubleshoot issues across UI components, Fusion configuration, REST services, security, data binding, and integrations.
- Use Git, branching, Visual Builder workspaces, builds, and deployment pipelines to manage application development and releases.
- Participate in technical design reviews, code reviews, testing, defect resolution, and production deployments.
- Support regression and compatibility testing associated with Oracle Fusion quarterly releases.
- Develop technical documentation and promote reusable development patterns and standards.

Required Qualifications:

Education:

- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related discipline.

Experience:





- 10+ years of overall ERP & Web application development experience.
- 6+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud application development, preferably Oracle Visual Builder and ERP Extensions.
- Hands-on experience developing or extending Oracle Fusion Cloud applications.
- Experience with Oracle Digital Customer Service.
- Experience developing reusable web components and modern web applications.
- Strong development skills in Java Script, HTML5, CSS, JSON, and REST APIs.
- Experience with Oracle JET and component-based UI development.
- Experience with Oracle Fusion ERP sandbox configuration and extensibility.
- Experience developing or extending Oracle Redwood user experiences.
- Experience consuming Oracle Fusion REST services.
- Experience with Git, source control, branching, and modern development lifecycle practices.
- Solid analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to translate business and UX requirements into robust technical solutions.

Technical Expertise

Deep expertise in:

- Oracle Visual Builder.
- Oracle JET Composite Components and reusable UI-component architecture.
- Oracle Fusion security and role-based access.
- Fusion application extensibility and Application Composer.
- Developing responsive, accessible, customer-facing web applications.

Education and Certifications:

- Bachelor's or graduate degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Relevant cloud, Kubernetes, Java, or AI certifications are a plus.
