Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve deliverables for auto loan products of the Bank. Responsibilities
• Responsible to meet Branch wise target
• Daily monitoring of achievement and required run rate to achieve monthly and quarterly numbers
• Coordination with Branch Staff, Cluster Head & Zonal Head
• Collaboration with internal functions for better productivity and efficiencies
• Creating enablers and supporting Branches for generating business Qualifications
Experience:
3 to 7 years
