This is a role for a seasoned Workday HCM professional who wants to own a stream end to end. You will lead delivery, coach consultants, advise client executives, and shape how we deliver across complex Workday programs in a fast-growing global consulting firm. Role Overview As Workday HCM Lead, you take full ownership of the HCM stream on client programs. You are the accountable lead for scope, resourcing, risk and quality. You combine deep, hands-on Workday HCM expertise with client leadership, governance and team coaching, and you represent Mivada at a senior delivery level. What success looks like

• You are the go-to expert and escalation point for HCM, for both clients and Mivada teams.
• Client managers and executives trust you on stream outcomes.
• Your coaching lifts the delivery maturity of senior consultants, consultants and offshore teams.
• Your reporting, governance and risk management are consistently strong. What you will be doing Delivery
• Own scope, resourcing, schedule and budget for the HCM stream.
• Lead solution design across HCM modules, delivering scalable, future-ready configuration.
• Run requirements gathering, impact analysis and solution governance.
• Approve design documents, functional specifications and test strategies.
• Oversee testing, data validation and cutover, and ensure smooth handover and hypercare.
• Manage the stream's RAID log (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies). Client engagement
• Act as the primary client counterpart for HCM.
• Represent the stream at steering committees, governance forums and executive reviews.
• Manage escalations and negotiate scope changes,



balancing client needs with delivery capacity.
• Advise clients on continuous improvement and value realisation beyond go-live. Consulting mindset
• Validate solutions against the client's business case and strategic objectives.
• Shape the use of newer Workday capabilities (Extend, Prism, Automation) where they add value.
• Lead retrospectives and feed lessons learned back into our playbooks and accelerators. Team and collaboration
• Coach and mentor senior consultants, consultants and graduates, building our pipeline of future leads.
• Give structured direction to offshore delivery teams.
• Work with other stream leads (Payroll, Finance, Integrations) and Solution Architects to manage dependencies and keep functional and technical design aligned. Quality and governance
• Track and report stream KPIs: utilisation, budget adherence and CSAT.
• Apply governance frameworks consistently and keep deliverables audit-ready.
• Run robust change control to limit cost and timeline impact. Requirements
• 8–10 years of hands-on Workday Functional Consulting experience, including demonstrated leadership of a stream or workstream.
• Strong Workday HCM expertise, ideally across multiple modules.
• Proven track record leading Workday implementations and post-go-live support.
• A confident decision-maker who owns outcomes, guides teams and influences stakeholders.
• Excellent communicator, comfortable managing senior client relationships.
