₹6–10 LPA, depending on experience and skills Employment Type: Full time Reporting To: Director / HR Manager Job Summary AP2S Lifestyle is looking for an experienced Procurement Manager to manage end-to-end sourcing and purchasing of fabrics, textiles, trims, accessories, and packaging materials while ensuring competitive costs, quality standards, and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities
* Manage procurement planning, sourcing, and purchase orders.
* Identify, develop, and maintain strong supplier relationships.
* Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
* Oversee fabric, trims, accessories, BOM, and garment costing.
* Monitor material quality, inventory, and delivery timelines.
* Identify cost-saving opportunities and improve procurement efficiency.
* Coordinate with production,



merchandising, quality, stores, and finance teams.
* Lead the procurement team and maintain accurate purchasing records and reports. Requirements
* Graduate/Postgraduate in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Textile Technology, or a related field.
* Minimum 6+ years of relevant experience in garment/textile procurement.
* Strong knowledge of fabrics, trims, accessories, BOM, and garment costing.
* Excellent negotiation, vendor management, analytical, and leadership skills.
* Proficiency in MS Excel; ERP knowledge is an advantage.
