Role Summary We are looking for a skilled Windows L2+ / Azure Administrator with strong hands-on experience in managing enterprise Windows Server . The candidate must demonstrate robust ownership of production incidents, deep technical troubleshooting capability, and the ability to prepare clear Root Cause Analysis reports for recurring and business-critical infrastructure issues.

- Knowledge of enterprise hardware platforms such as HPE, Dell, Lenovo or equivalent server platforms.
- Basic understanding of storage, SAN, networking, firewall and backup technologies.
- Exposure to tools such as ManageEngine, ServiceNow, SolarWinds, PRTG, vRealize/vROps, Veeam, Commvault or similar platforms.
- PowerShell scripting knowledge for automation, reporting and operational efficiency will be an advantage.
- Certifications such as Microsoft Administrator, Azure or ITIL Foundation will be preferred.
