Role Description As a Zoho Developer at Arition Infotech Pvt. Ltd., you will design, develop, and maintain customized solutions using the Zoho ecosystem, including Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, Zoho Books, and other Zoho applications. In this full-time, on-site role based in Patna, you will configure workflows, automate business processes, create custom modules and reports, and integrate Zoho with third-party platforms and internal systems.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, translate business needs into technical specifications, and implement scalable, maintainable solutions. Daily responsibilities include scripting (Deluge), troubleshooting and resolving system issues, optimizing performance,



providing user training and documentation, and supporting ongoing enhancements to improve efficiency and data quality.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Zoho platform skills, including Zoho CRM configuration, Zoho Creator application development, workflow automation, and Deluge scripting.
- Candidates should possess core software development skills such as proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., JavaScript or Python), understanding of APIs and web services (REST), and experience with database concepts (SQL or similar).
- Candidates should possess integration and customization skills, including connecting Zoho with third-party tools, building custom functions, and managing data migration and synchronization between systems.
- Candidates should possess solid analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to gather requirements, map business processes, and translate them into effective technical solutions.
- Candidates should possess good communication and collaboration skills, enabling effective work with non-technical stakeholders, documentation of solutions, and delivery of user training or support.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field is preferred; relevant certifications in Zoho or CRM platforms are an advantage.
- Experience with cloud-based business applications, CRM or ERP systems, and familiarity with digital transformation projects will be beneficial.
