Role Description

We're looking for one person to edit all of Roov's video and design all of its graphics: reels, Meta ad creatives, social posts, campaign visuals and founder-led content, website UI/UX. You'll turn raw footage and photos into finished, on-brand content and work directly with the founder. Photography or videography skills are a strong plus.

Key Responsibilities

Video editing

• Video editing, Photo editing, Edit reels, try-ons, styling videos and behind-the-scenes clips into Instagram-ready content, Editing shoot pictures and videos

- Edit Meta ad creatives in several hooks, cuts and formats (9:16, 4:5, 1:1) for testing
- Handle pacing, music, text overlays, captions, transitions and colour grading in Roov's look

- Raw images of photo shoots into sharable and website ready content

Graphic design

- Design Instagram posts, carousels, stories and highlight covers and thumbnails
- Design static ad creatives and banners for Meta, the website and marketplaces

- Making regular updates in the website pop-up bars, website banners, SKU positioning as per brand story

• Design assets for launches, sales and new collections
- Build and maintain brand templates so all content looks consistent
- Retouch and colour-correct product photos so natural fabrics look true to life

Founder Content

- Edit and design founder content for Instagram and META ads and Youtube, and keep it going out on a regular schedule

Content operations

- Keep a weekly content calendar moving and hit posting and launch deadlines
- Deliver files in the right sizes and formats for each platform




- Keep raw and final files organised and backed up
- Look at what performs on Instagram and in ads, and use it to shape the next edits and designs

NOTE: Videography and Photography skills are a plus as there will be some visits where you will have to do the BTS and Methodology based shoots.

Requirements

Must have

- 2–4 years as a video editor and graphic designer in the fashion or apparel industry (brand or agency; freelance counts)
- A portfolio with edited reels or ads and design work (social posts, ad creatives, campaign graphics, UI/Ux Design)
- Strong in Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve, and in Photoshop and Illustrator
- Good sense of typography, layout, colour and brand consistency
- Understands Instagram: hooks, trends, pacing and vertical formats, brand theory, brand psychology
- Organised, reliable with deadlines, and open to feedback, trend driven
- Based in or willing to relocate to Surat

Plus points

- Photography skills: product, flat-lay or lifestyle shoots
- Videography skills: can shoot reels, founder content and behind-the-scenes
- After Effects or motion graphics
- Experience making ad creatives for Meta (Instagram/Facebook) campaigns
- Canva or CapCut for quick turnarounds
- Experience with a D2C or e-commerce brand
- Comfortable in Gujarati, Hindi and English
