Role Description This is a full-time on-site Video Editor role based in Ghitorni Village.

The Video

Editor will work closely with directors, producers, and creative teams to edit raw footage into polished, cinematic content for brand campaigns, social media, music videos, podcasts, and vertical series. Daily responsibilities include assembling and trimming clips, adding transitions and effects, synchronizing audio, and ensuring smooth narrative flow aligned with project briefs. The role involves color grading for visual consistency, integrating motion graphics and graphic elements,



and optimizing content for various digital platforms and formats.

The Video

Editor is also expected to manage project files, collaborate during pre- and post-production, and contribute creative ideas that support original storytelling.

Qualifications

- Solid skills in Video Production and Video Editing for short-form and long-form digital content.
- Proficiency in Video Color Grading to maintain visual consistency and enhance cinematic look.
- Experience with Motion Graphics and Graphics to create engaging titles, lower thirds, and visual elements.
- Advanced knowledge of industry-standard editing and post-production tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, After Effects, Photoshop or similar software).
- Ability to interpret creative briefs, maintain storytelling continuity, and work within brand guidelines.
- Strong sense of timing, pacing, and visual aesthetics, with attention to detail and sound design basics.
- Ability to work on-site, collaborate effectively in a team, and manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Relevant education or training in film, media, communication, or a related field is preferred; a strong portfolio or showreel is essential.
