Role Description (Partner - Business Development & Revenue Growth)

This is a hybrid, Mumbai-based leadership role with flexibility for remote work. This is not a traditional job—we are looking for a partner-level operator who will co-build and scale the revenue engine of Generation-X.

You will take ownership of influencer marketing, brand partnerships, and revenue growth, working closely with the founder to build a scalable, high-ticket deal pipeline.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own and scale business development for influencer marketing & creator-led brand collaborations
- Build and close high-value brand partnerships (₹5L–₹20L+ deals)
- Leverage existing agency / brand network to unlock immediate revenue opportunities
- Drive end-to-end sales cycles — from outreach to negotiation and closure
- Structure and close long-term retainers and strategic partnerships
- Collaborate on building repeatable revenue systems (BD pipelines, outreach frameworks, deal structures)




- Work closely with internal teams on campaign execution and client satisfaction
- Contribute as a core decision-maker in scaling Generation-X

Qualifications (Who We're Looking For)

- Proven experience in influencer marketing / talent management agencies
- Strong background in closing brand deals & partnerships
- Existing network of brands, D2C founders, or marketing teams
- Experience handling ₹15L+ to ₹20L+ deal sizes per month
- Solid skills in negotiation, sales, and account management
- Entrepreneurial mindset — someone who wants to build, not just execute
- Experience in creator economy, D2C, or digital agencies is highly preferred
