Role Description This is a full-time, on-site US Recruiter role based in Noida. The US Recruiter will manage end-to-end recruitment for U.S. clients, including sourcing candidates through job boards, social media, and professional networks, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating hiring processes with client managers. The role involves working with applicant tracking systems, maintaining accurate candidate records,



and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment cycle.

The US Recruiter will collaborate closely with internal teams and client stakeholders to understand job requirements, align candidate profiles with client expectations, and meet hiring timelines and quality standards. The position may require working in U.S. time zones and adhering to client-specific compliance and documentation practices.

Qualifications

- Experience in US recruitment, including end-to-end hiring, candidate sourcing, and stakeholder coordination.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems, job boards (e.g., Indeed, Monster, Dice), and professional networking platforms (e.g., LinkedIn).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to conduct effective candidate screenings and interviews.
- Understanding of U.S. hiring practices, basic employment terminology, and recruitment compliance standards.
- Ability to work in U.S. time zones, manage multiple requisitions, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
- Previous experience in RPO, staffing firms, or recruitment for U.S. clients is highly preferred.
- Solid attention to detail, professional work ethic, and willingness to work on-site in Noida.
