We’re Hiring: US Mortgage Post Closing Specialist

Job Details:
- Experience: 2–3 years in US Mortgage, including at least 1 year in Post Closing
- Location: Gandhinagar, Gujarat
- Shift: US Shift
- Work Mode: Work From Office (WFO)
- Employment Type: Full-Time
- Education: Graduate or Postgraduate in any stream
Key Responsibilities:
- Document splitting, indexing, scrubbing, and classification.
- Upload post-closing loan packages to investor portals.
- Review and clear investor conditions.
- Handle Conventional, FHA, and VA loan programs.
- Coordinate with business partners, underwriters, and title companies.
- Manage MERS registration, warehouse transitions, purchase advice reviews, and trailing documents.
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of the US mortgage lifecycle, post-closing requirements, and investor guidelines.
- Familiarity with Encompass, Calyx Point, or similar mortgage software is an advantage.
- Robust analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
