What We’re Looking For:

An experienced skilled with strong knowledge of US mortgage closing, Closing Disclosures (CD), TRID compliance, fee tolerance analysis, and funding processes. Candidates should have hands-on experience with Encompass, mortgage documentation, and funding coordination, along with strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and review Initial and Final Closing Disclosures.
- Ensure compliance with TRID, TILA/RESPA, and investor guidelines.
- Review fee tolerances, closing packages, and funding documents.
- Coordinate with title companies and internal teams to resolve discrepancies.
- Ensure accurate, timely, and compliant mortgage closings and funding.
