Role Description The Urdu Teacher – Bihar Board will deliver engaging, curriculum-aligned Urdu lessons to Classes 8–10 students, with a strong focus on Bihar Board requirements. This full-time, on-site role is based in Patna and involves planning and conducting daily classroom sessions, explaining concepts clearly, and preparing students for board examinations. The teacher will design lesson plans, create and evaluate assignments, and provide regular feedback to help learners strengthen reading, writing, grammar, and literary skills in Urdu.





Responsibilities include maintaining a supportive classroom environment, using both traditional and technology-enabled teaching methods, and coordinating with academic staff to improve teaching materials and exam strategies. The role also involves monitoring student progress, communicating with parents or guardians when necessary, and contributing to continuous improvement of teaching practices at Edural Classes™.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Teaching and Training skills, with experience instructing secondary school students, preferably Bihar Board.
- Candidates should possess solid Lesson Planning and Education skills, including the ability to design structured, syllabus-based Urdu lessons and assessments.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including clear Urdu and Hindi explanation, student engagement, and constructive feedback.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Urdu, Education, or a related field; B.Ed or formal teacher training is highly beneficial.
- Good understanding of Bihar Board Urdu curriculum, exam patterns, and academic requirements.
- Ability to use basic digital tools for teaching (e.g., presentations, online resources) alongside traditional classroom methods.
- Strong classroom management skills, patience, and a learner-centered approach, with commitment to supporting students from diverse backgrounds.
- Prior experience teaching Urdu in schools or coaching centers is preferred.
