Role Description This is a full time, on-site HR Recruiter role based in Gwalior. The HR Recruiter will manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for technical and non-technical roles, with a strong focus on fresher and bulk hiring.

Responsibilities include coordinating interviews, maintaining candidate pipelines, managing job postings across platforms, and engaging with candidates to ensure a positive experience. The role involves close collaboration with hiring managers to understand role requirements, align talent with project needs, and support workforce planning.



The HR Recruiter will also maintain recruitment metrics, assist in employer branding activities, and contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment strategies and processes.

Qualifications

- Strong talent acquisition skills, including sourcing, screening, interviewing coordination, and candidate relationship management.
- Experience with recruitment tools and platforms such as job boards, social media, professional networks, and applicant tracking systems.
- Knowledge of campus hiring, fresher recruitment, and bulk or targeted staffing processes.
- Solid understanding of IT and technical roles (e.g., full stack development, data science, cloud, UI/UX, digital marketing) to assess candidate fit.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage candidates and stakeholders effectively.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and capability to handle multiple requirements simultaneously.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, maintain professionalism, and uphold non-discriminatory hiring practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; prior experience as an HR Recruiter or in staffing is preferred.
- Familiarity with basic HR policies, onboarding processes, and employee lifecycle concepts is an advantage.
