Our mission is to bridge the gap between academic education and industry requirements by providing practical training, live projects, internships, career mentoring, and placement assistance.

Responsibilities:-

· Build and maintain Strong partnerships with IT companies.

· Generate recent leads for student placement.

· Maintain strong relationship with current & existing hiring partners.

· Conduct and schedule virtual/online and offline interviews.

· Sometimes Visit companies to develop business and to create placement drives/opportunities.

· Maintain all the database related to the placement and interview for future purpose.





· Organize mock interviews and Guide students in the interview preparation.



What we are looking for:-

· 1-5 years of experience in placement.

· Robust communication and strong networking skills.

· IT Hiring and placement is preferred.

· Self-motivated, strong attitude and result oriented .

KPIs

· 15-20 Hiring Partners/Month

· lined upto 50 Interviews/Month

· 15-20 Placements/Month

Working Hours:- 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM

Working Days:- Monday - Saturday
