About the Role The Connected Services Test Automation (CSTA) organization is seeking a Test Automation Engineering Architect / Lead to define and drive the automation, validation, and quality engineering strategy for Connected Services platforms.

We are a global engineering organization responsible for scaling automation and quality engineering solutions across mobile applications, cloud services, backend platforms, vehicle systems, simulation environments, and end-to-end customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

- Define automation architecture, standards, and engineering best practices.
- Drive automation strategy across mobile, web, API, cloud, vehicle, and end-to-end validation domains.
- Build scalable automation platforms, frameworks, dashboards, and engineering tools.
- Contribute to CI/CD quality engineering initiatives using TeamCity, GitHub Actions, and cloud-native platforms.
- Architect AWS-based automation orchestration and execution solutions.
- Drive simulation-based testing, bench automation, and continuous validation strategies.
- Mentor engineers and provide technical leadership across global teams.

Basic Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline.
- Minimum 8 years of software quality engineering and test automation experience.
- Minimum 3 years of technical leadership, lead engineer, or architect experience.
- Java and Python experience.
- Expertise in Selenium, Appium, REST Assured, API Automation,



Mobile Automation, and End-to-End Automation.
- Solid CI/CD experience including TeamCity, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or similar.
- Experience designing cloud-based automation solutions utilizing AWS services.

Preferred Qualifications

- Automotive, Connected Services, Vehicle Connectivity, Telematics, or SDV experience.
- Experience with HIL systems, vehicle benches, simulators, and virtual vehicle platforms.
- Knowledge of CAN, CAN-FD, LIN, Automotive Ethernet, SOME/IP, and MQTT.
- Experience with CANoe, CANalyzer, vTESTstudio, or similar tools.
- Experience driving AI-enabled testing and automation modernization programs.
