About Homevoi

Thousands of Kerala families live abroad while their homes, and often their parents, remain here. Most rely on relatives or informal contacts, with no accountability and no visibility. Homevoi replaces that with a managed service: scheduled home inspections, maintenance coordination, emergency response and regular check-ins on elderly family members, each documented with a report and photos.

We are an early-stage company building a service operation that families can trust from thousands of kilometres away.

The role

You will manage Homevoi's operations in Kottayam: the service team, the quality of every visit and the customer relationship. You will also build the local network that brings in new subscribers.

Responsibilities

Service operations: schedule visits, ensure checklists and reports are completed, and run unannounced quality checks.

Team and vendors: recruit, verify, train and manage technicians, caretakers and vendors, and manage their rates and reliability.





Customer relationship: be the first point of contact for current subscribers, share visit updates, and resolve complaints before they escalate.

Local growth: build referral relationships with community networks, housing communities, agents and local professionals, and convert leads into subscribers.

Reporting: send the founders a weekly update on subscribers, visits and issues, and flag what is not working.

What we are looking for

Strong ownership, discipline and follow-through. A customer abroad should never wonder whether we will show up.

Experience managing people, field teams or operations, or the potential to learn quickly.

Comfort speaking with customers and building trust.

Fluent Malayalam and good professional English for NRI customers.
