We are looking for an enthusiastic and technically skilled Technical Support Engineer who can manage customer technical requirements from initial consultation and product demonstrations to installation, training, and after-sales support.

Key Responsibilities

- Technical Consultation & Presales Support
- Visit customer locations to understand their technical and operational requirements.
- Recommend suitable barcode printers, scanners, software, and automation solutions.
- Explain product specifications, features, compatibility, and technical advantages.
- Conduct on-site and online product demonstrations.
- Support the sales team with technical discussions, solution proposals, and order closures.
- Installation & Implementation
- Install and configure barcode printers, barcode scanners, and related hardware.
- Set up label printing software and assist with integration into customer systems.
- Conduct testing and ensure successful product implementation.
- Provide hands-on product training to customers and end users.
- Technical Support & Customer Service
- Provide on-site and remote technical assistance.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, connectivity, and printing issues.
- Coordinate with manufacturers and internal teams to resolve technical problems.
- Maintain service records and ensure timely resolution of customer complaints.
- Build strong customer relationships through professional technical support.

Required Skills & Qualifications




- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Computer Science, IT, or a related technical field preferred.
- Knowledge of barcode printers, barcode scanners, POS systems, and IT hardware.
- Basic understanding of networking, printer configuration, and software installation.
- Robust troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
- Good communication, presentation, and customer-handling skills.
- Ability to conduct technical demonstrations independently.
- Willingness to travel to customer locations across Bengaluru and nearby areas.
- Self-motivated, responsible, and capable of handling customer assignments independently.

Preferred Experience

Experience in any of the following areas will be an advantage:
- Zebra, TSC, Argox, or Citizen barcode printers.
- Barcode scanners and Auto-ID solutions.
- BarTender, LabelShop, or similar label design software.
- Printer installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Technical presales, field service, or IT hardware support.
