Svaadisht Hospitality is looking for a skilled and passionate Commi 2 – Indian Tandoor to join the culinary team at Mannat Haveli, Panchkula.

?‍? Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and cook Indian tandoor items, including kebabs, tikkas, rotis, naan, and other tandoori breads.
- Assist the senior chefs in daily kitchen operations and food preparation.
- Maintain consistency in taste, quality, portioning, and presentation.
- Follow food safety, personal hygiene, and kitchen sanitation standards.
- Ensure proper storage, handling, and rotation of ingredients.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the tandoor section.

✅ Candidate Requirements





- Previous experience in an Indian restaurant or hotel kitchen preferred.
- Basic knowledge of tandoor operations and Indian cuisine.
- Valuable understanding of kitchen hygiene and food safety.
- Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
