Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Talent Acquisition Specialist role based in the Mohali district.

The Talent Acquisition

Specialist will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating interviews with hiring managers. The role involves partnering with department leaders to understand workforce needs, defining job requirements, and ensuring a consistent and inclusive hiring process. The specialist will support employer branding initiatives, maintain talent pipelines,



and use recruitment tools and platforms to attract qualified candidates.

Daily responsibilities also include managing offer discussions, facilitating onboarding coordination, and updating recruitment metrics and reports to support continuous improvement.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting to manage end-to-end hiring processes effectively.
- Candidates should possess skills in Interviewing and Hiring to assess talent, support fair selection decisions, and guide candidates through the recruitment stages.
- Candidates should possess skills in Employer Branding to promote the organization’s value proposition and enhance its visibility in the talent market.
- Solid communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management abilities to collaborate with hiring managers and candidates.
- Experience using ATS and recruitment platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, job boards) and familiarity with data-driven hiring metrics.
- Ability to work on-site in the Mohali district, manage multiple requisitions, and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; prior experience in IT or tech-sector recruitment is an advantage.
