Job Purpose/ Summary To support the Production Planning & Control team in planning, coordinating, and monitoring production activities to ensure timely execution of production schedules, material availability, and smooth workflow while maintaining accurate production records.

Assist in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly production plans. Coordinate with Production, Stores, Purchase, Quality, and Dispatch teams for smooth execution of production schedules. Update and maintain production planning data in SAP/ERP systems.

Monitor production progress and report deviations from the planned schedule. Support material planning by tracking raw material and consumable availability. Prepare daily production reports, MIS reports, and production dashboards.

Maintain production planning records, documents, and reports. Follow up with concerned departments to ensure timely completion of production activities. Assist in inventory monitoring and coordinate with Stores to avoid material shortages.

Support capacity planning and production scheduling activities. Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and safety requirements.



Perform any other tasks assigned by the reporting manager.
