About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Supply Chain Lead to lead the end-to-end Supply Chain and Operations function. The role will be responsible for managing the Operations team, overseeing inventory and fulfilment, managing E-commerce and Quick Commerce operations, driving operational efficiency, managing stakeholders, and owning the Supply Chain and Operations P&L.;

The ideal candidate should have a solid background in FMCG, D2C, Retail, E-commerce, or Quick Commerce, with proven experience in managing teams and leading supply chain and operations functions.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead and manage the Supply Chain & Operations team

- Guide the team in day-to-day supply chain and operational activities.
- Allocate responsibilities and monitor team performance.
- Support the team in resolving operational challenges.

2. Oversee inventory planning, availability, fulfilment and logistics

- Monitor inventory levels, stock availability and replenishment requirements.
- Ensure smooth order fulfilment and timely movement of products.
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics partners for efficient operations.

3. Manage operations across E-commerce & Quick Commerce platforms

- Oversee day-to-day operations across E-commerce and Quick Commerce channels.
- Monitor product availability,



order processing and fulfilment.
- Coordinate with platform teams to resolve operational issues.

4. Drive P&L; and operational efficiency

- Monitor operational costs and identify opportunities for cost optimisation.
- Track key financial and operational metrics.
- Drive initiatives to improve efficiency and profitability.

5. Coordinate with internal teams, vendors and platform partners

- Work closely with Finance, Sales, Procurement and other internal teams.
- Coordinate with vendors, logistics partners and platform teams.
- Ensure timely communication and resolution of operational dependencies.

6. Monitor key supply chain metrics and identify areas for improvement

- Track inventory, fulfilment, availability, logistics and service-level metrics.
- Identify operational gaps and bottlenecks.
- Implement corrective actions to improve overall performance.

7. Ensure smooth order fulfilment and timely resolution of operational issues

- Monitor the order lifecycle from processing to fulfilment.
- Address issues related to stock-outs, delays, cancellations and fulfilment.
- Coordinate with relevant teams for timely resolution.

8. Develop processes to improve efficiency, cost control and scalability

- Establish and improve operational processes and SOPs.
- Identify opportunities for process and cost optimisation.
- Build scalable processes to support business growth.
