Job Purpose/ Summary To manage and coordinate the dispatch of finished goods to customers, ensuring timely, accurate, safe and cost-effective deliveries in line with sales orders and delivery commitments. The role involves coordinating with Production, Warehouse, Sales and Logistics teams, managing transportation arrangements, verifying dispatch documentation, tracking shipments and ensuring compliance with applicable statutory requirements and company SOPs.

Plan, schedule and execute daily dispatch operations in accordance with sales orders, delivery schedules and customer commitments.Coordinate with Production, Warehouse and Sales teams to ensure product availability, readiness and timely dispatch.Prepare and verify dispatch documents, including invoices, delivery challans, e-way bills, lorry receipts (LRs. and packing lists, ensuring accuracy and compliance.Coordinate with transporters and logistics partners for timely vehicle placement, material movement and dispatch execution.Track shipments and proactively resolve transit delays, transportation issues and delivery-related concerns.Maintain accurate dispatch records, shipment details and MIS reports, including reconciliation of dispatched quantities.Ensure compliance with applicable GST and e-way bill requirements,



company SOPs and safety procedures.Monitor transportation and logistics costs and support initiatives to improve efficiency and reduce dispatch expenses.Respond to customer queries regarding dispatch status, delivery schedules and documentation, ensuring timely and professional communication.Supervise loading activities to ensure correct quantities, proper material identification and safe handling of finished goods.

Ensure timely execution of dispatch plans in line with customer requirements and committed delivery schedulesbrVerify product details quantities order references and material readiness before dispatch to ensure accuracybrEnsure the accuracy and completeness of dispatch documentation and statutory recordsbrCoordinate vehicle placement transporter availability and logistics arrangements to minimize dispatch delaysbrMonitor shipment movement and follow up with transporters to ensure ontime deliverybrEnsure proper reconciliation of dispatched quantities against sales orders invoices and warehouse recordsbrMonitor loading activities to prevent material damage quantity discrepancies and incorrect dispatchesbrEnsure safe loading securing and handling of materials in accordance with applicable safety requirementsbrMaintain updated dispatch registers transporter details shipment tracking records and dailymonthly MISbrCoordinate with Finance Sales Warehouse and Logistics teams to resolve documentation billing and delivery discrepanciesbrMonitor transportation costs vehicle utilization and other logistics parameters to identify costsaving opportunitiesbrAddress customer queries and dispatchrelated complaints promptly in coordination with concerned departmentsbrEnsure compliance with applicable statutory requirements GST documentation eway bill rules and internal SOPsbrIdentify recurring dispatch issues and support corrective actions to improve delivery performance and operational efficiencybrMaintain effective coordination with internal stakeholders transporters and logistics partners to ensure smooth dispatch operations
