Touchwood is a content-led creative agency based in Ghaziabad. Since 2021 we've handled strategy, design, production and social for brands across India. AI is part of how we actually work, not something added on top.

Our sports vertical now runs four leagues, each in a different sport. Every one needs its own visual identity, and needs it delivered every matchday. We're hiring a designer to own that.

The role

You'll design brand assets for leagues and their teams. That covers the identity systems and the hundreds of graphics that come out of them across a season. You'll work in a six-person sports pod that runs all four leagues end to end, alongside the people who shoot, edit, write and post.

In one morning you might make a player card for one league, then a results graphic for another in a completely different visual style.

What you'll do

- Build and extend identity systems for leagues and teams: logos, crests, wordmarks, colour, type, iconography and guidelines
- Design matchday content: fixtures, line-ups, scorecards, results, standings, player of the match, countdowns and milestones
- Create player and team assets: player cards, intro graphics, cut-outs, photo composites and squad announcements
- Build templates the social team can turn around within minutes of the final whistle
- Design sponsor integrations, kit and merch concepts, venue and event branding, and print collateral
- Adapt one idea across 1:1, 4:5, 9:16, 16:9, print and OOH
- Hand clean, layered files to editors and motion designers so statics can be animated
- Use AI tools to move faster on concepts and compositing. The taste stays human.





What we're looking for

- 2–4 years in graphic design, with sports work in your portfolio (or a portfolio that shows you can build a visual system and keep it consistent)
- Solid Photoshop and Illustrator skills; comfortable in InDesign and Figma
- Typography that can handle numbers and data: scores, stats and tables
- Sharp photo manipulation and compositing
- The ability to switch between four distinct brand styles without them bleeding into each other
- Speed without sloppiness, because live sport runs on tight deadlines
- You follow sport, and you know why one results graphic gets shared while another gets scrolled past
- Matchdays don't keep office hours, so expect evening and weekend work during league windows

Good to have

- After Effects or other motion skills
- 3D (Blender, Cinema 4D) for kits, trophies or environments
- Midjourney, Firefly, Higgsfield or similar used in real production, not just for experiments
- Kit, jersey or merchandise design
