Role Description This full time, on-site Space Planner (Corporate office) role is based in Bengaluru and focuses on planning efficient, people-centric office environments.

The Space

Planner will analyze client requirements, develop space allocation strategies, and create floor plans that support workflow, comfort, and brand expression. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing detailed layouts, collaborating with architects and interior designers, coordinating construction drawings, and ensuring alignment with building codes and corporate standards. The role involves working closely with project managers, MEP and structural teams, and vendors to refine designs, resolve spatial challenges, and support timely project delivery.

The Space

Planner will also contribute to presentations, design documentation, and periodic site reviews to ensure design intent is executed accurately.

Qualifications

- Proficiency in Space Planning and Floor Plans to design efficient,



ergonomic corporate office layouts.
- Skills in Interior Design to integrate aesthetics, materials, furniture systems, and workplace standards.
- Experience with Construction Drawings to translate concepts into clear, buildable documentation.
- Hands-on expertise in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) tools for drafting, detailing, and plan revisions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong understanding of office workplace trends, occupancy planning, and local building regulations.
- Ability to collaborate in multidisciplinary teams, manage deadlines, and communicate design intent clearly.
- Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and openness to client feedback and iterative design processes.
