Roles and Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and deploy AI and machine learning solutions using Python, deep learning, and natural language processing.
- Build end-to-end retrieval-augmented generation pipelines covering document processing, retrieval, embeddings, semantic search, and response generation.
- Develop agentic AI applications with tool calling, multi-step reasoning, and automated workflow orchestration.
- Design scalable AI services, REST APIs, and microservices for production applications.
- Deploy, integrate, monitor, and optimize AI solutions on AWS for reliability, latency, scalability, and cost efficiency.

Skills Required:

- 8 - 11 years of relevant experience in software engineering, machine learning, NLP, or AI engineering.
- Solid hands-on experience with Python, NLP,



deep learning, transformer-based models, embeddings, and large language models.
- Experience building agentic AI and AI engineering solutions, including AI agents, tool integrations, and workflow automation.
- Practical experience developing retrieval-augmented generation systems and adapting or fine-tuning LLMs for domain-specific use cases.
- Proven experience deploying AI applications on AWS and building production-grade services and integrations.

Good to Have:
- Experience with SQL and FastAPI for data access and scalable Python REST services.

Education: Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
