Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Role

Designs and builds services and complex features end to end; owns the hardest problems in the module (billing, quota, payments, reconciliation, AI features); mentors Grades III–IV.

Must-have skills

· Common core: REST / OpenAPI 3 contract-first, API security, OAuth2 / OIDC / JWT; Kafka in production (DLQ, idempotency, outbox); advanced PostgreSQL; Redis; OpenSearch

· Testing: unit, integration (Testcontainers), contract (Pact), end-to-end (Playwright); Docker, Helm, CI/CD, AWS SDK

· Observability (OpenTelemetry), OWASP Top 10, PII handling, clean / hexagonal architecture, SOLID

· AI: designs and ships LLM features (RAG, tool calling, structured output) with evaluation and guardrails; sets AI-assisted coding standards

· Java track: Java 17/21, Spring Boot, JPA / Hibernate, Spring Security, Spring Kafka, Resilience4j, JUnit 5, Liquibase

· Python track: Python 3.11+, FastAPI or Django / DRF, SQLAlchemy 2, Alembic,



Pydantic v2, Kafka clients, pytest, LLM SDKs

· React track: React 18 + TypeScript, TanStack Query / Redux Toolkit, React Hook Form + Zod, Tailwind + shadcn/ui, WCAG 2.2, i18n incl. Malayalam, Vite, Playwright, PWA

Good to have

Payment-gateway (Razorpay / PayU / SBI ePay / UPI) and SMS / WhatsApp integrations; Keycloak; GraphQL; a second track at Grade II level.

Interview – In person only

· Date: Monday, 26 October 2026, 10:00 AM

· Process: offline test, technical interview and walkthrough of your own work – same day. Advanced coding test in your primary track incl. an AI-assisted task; system-design discussion (concurrency, idempotent payments); deep code walkthrough with a live refactoring request.

· Bring your own laptop (16 GB RAM, SSD, with tools for your track installed)

· Bring originals: photo ID, education certificates, appointment and relieving letters, EPFO service history

· Willing to work in office in Thiruvananthapuram

· Daily, verified use of AI tools in your work
