Karmic Beauty is a premium skincare brand rooted in conscious ingredients and elevated self-care rituals. We’re looking for a Social Media Manager who can translate our brand ethos into scroll-stopping content and build a loyal digital community.
What You’ll Own
Strategy & Planning
- Formulate and own the monthly social media strategy aligned with brand, product, and campaign goals
- Build and manage the content calendar across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and Twitter/X
- Stay ahead of platform trends, algorithm updates, and cultural moments — adapt them to Karmic Beauty’s voice
Content & Creative
- Write compelling copy and captions that reflect premium brand tone while driving engagement
- Bring a creator mindset: ideate, script, and appear on camera for reels, stories, and YouTube shorts
- Comfortable doing voiceovers, product demos, and UGC-style content
- Brief designers/video editors and ensure visual consistency with brand guidelines
Growth & Community
- Grow followers with quality, not just quantity — focus on building an engaged skincare community
- Drive conversations, respond to DMs/comments, and lead ORM with empathy and brand voice
- Turn social queries, feedback,
and FAQs into content that educates and converts
Performance & Optimization
- Track key metrics: reach, engagement rate, saves, shares, CTR, conversions
- Report weekly/monthly performance with insights + action plans
- Continuously A/B test formats, hooks, and posting times to optimize results
What You Bring
- 2+ years managing social media for premium D2C, beauty, wellness, or lifestyle brands
- Deep understanding of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and Twitter/X best practices
- Robust copywriting skills with a flair for beauty/skincare storytelling
- Creator-first attitude — confident on camera and behind the mic
- Analytical mindset: fluent with Meta Insights, YouTube Analytics, and basic reporting tools
- Experience in community building and social listening/ORM
- Passion for skincare, clean beauty, and digital culture
Bonus Points
- Working knowledge of Canva and AI creation tools like Midjourney, Runway, or CapCut AI for rapid content ideation
- Basic video editing skills in CapCut/Premiere Rush
- Knowledge of paid social strategy to collaborate with performance team
