The Luxury Pop is looking for a creative, proactive and trend-aware Social Media & Content Creator who understands fashion, loves creating engaging content and can turn fresh ideas into compelling social media experiences.

What You’ll Do

Social Media Management: Plan, create and publish content across Instagram and youtube.

Content Research: Stay updated on luxury fashion, designer bags, social media trends, viral formats and competitor activity to identify new content opportunities.

Shoot & Create: Shoot and edit engaging videos, product features, behind-the-scenes content, founder-led videos and new-arrival showcases.

Live Selling: Plan, coordinate and host or support Instagram Live sales, showcasing products and engaging with viewers.

Fresh Ideas: Proactively pitch new content concepts, campaigns, creative formats and ways to grow our audience.

Brand Building: Help strengthen The Luxury Pop’s identity as a trusted destination for authenticated pre-loved luxury bags and accessories.

What We’re Looking For A robust interest in fashion, luxury brands,



designer handbags and social media.

Experience creating and editing Reels, videos and social media creatives.

Working knowledge of Canva, Photoshop and video-editing apps such as InShot, edits n similar alternatives.

An eye for aesthetics, storytelling, trends and engaging visual content.

Someone who takes initiative, experiments with ideas and doesn’t wait to be told what to do.

Good communication skills and confidence in front of the camera for live selling and talking.

Organised, dependable and comfortable working independently.

Experience: 1–3 years in social media management, content creation or a similar role preferred. Strong portfolios from candidates with less experience or freshers with strong work portfolio will also be considered.

Work Setup

Based in Mumbai, with a hybrid working arrangement.

Minimum three days a week in the office; additional visits may be required for shoots, campaigns or live sessions.

Must be comfortable working hands-on in a fast-moving, growing business.

Compensation: ₹20,000-23000 per month, depending on experience and skill set.
