Role Description The Site Civil Engineer role at BLDX INDIA PVT LTD is a full-time, on-site position based in Malappuram.

The Site Civil

Engineer will oversee daily construction activities, including monitoring project progress, coordinating with contractors and site teams, and ensuring work is executed according to approved designs and specifications.

Responsibilities include preparing and reviewing drawings, assisting in planning and scheduling, managing site measurements and reports,



and supporting quality control and safety compliance. The role also involves liaising with consultants and clients, resolving technical issues in office, and contributing to efficient resource utilization and timely project delivery.

Qualifications

- Civil Engineering Design and Civil Engineering skills focused on structural, infrastructure, and site development work.
- Experience working as Civil Engineers on construction projects, with the ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary site teams.
- Planning skills for scheduling, resource allocation, and progress tracking in alignment with project timelines and budgets.
- Knowledge of Stormwater Management and related drainage design, ensuring compliance with local codes and environmental standards.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.
- Proficiency in relevant engineering and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, basic BIM tools) and strong understanding of Indian standards and building codes.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to document site activities and prepare technical reports.
- Prior experience in building or infrastructure projects, particularly in Kerala or similar regions, is an advantage.
