Role Description The Senior Sales Development Representative is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur. This position is responsible for identifying and qualifying sales opportunities through outbound and inbound lead generation activities, including calls, emails, social outreach, and networking. The role involves nurturing prospects, scheduling meetings and demos for the sales team, and maintaining accurate records in the CRM.

The Senior SDR will collaborate closely with sales and marketing to refine messaging, improve outreach campaigns,



and support business development initiatives. The person in this role is expected to meet and exceed pipeline and activity targets while representing PERICENT®’s products and values professionally.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Inside Sales and Sales skills, with experience managing a high volume of outreach and follow-up.
- Candidates should possess proven Lead Generation and Business Development skills to drive a healthy sales pipeline.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including clear verbal and written abilities for engaging prospects and presenting solutions.
- Candidates should possess familiarity with CRM tools, basic sales reporting, and data-driven decision-making.
- Candidates should possess the ability to work in office in Jaipur, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in B2B software or SaaS sales, especially in enterprise or process automation solutions, is beneficial.
- A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.
