Job Summary

We are looking for a Sr. Sales & Application Engineer / Sales Engineer with 1 –5 years of experience in industrial sales and application engineering. The role will focus on understanding customer requirements, recommending suitable technical solutions, developing new business, managing customer relationships, and achieving assigned sales objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop new customers and business opportunities through market research, customer visits, and lead generation.

- Understand customer applications and recommend suitable technical products and solutions.
- Manage existing customers, OEMs, and key accounts to build long-term business relationships.
- Prepare quotations, follow up on enquiries, negotiate, and convert opportunities into orders.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution of customer requirements and orders.
- Maintain sales pipeline, CRM records,



customer visit reports, and achieve assigned sales targets.

Key Skills & Requirements

- 1 - 5 years of experience in Industrial Sales, Technical Sales, or Application Engineering.

- B.E. / B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
- Knowledge of Hydraulics, Pneumatics, Sealing, Filtration, Hoses & Fittings will be preferred.
- Strong technical understanding with good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Valuable negotiation, business development, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to understand customer applications and provide solution-oriented recommendations.
- Willingness to travel for customer visits and business development activities.
- MS Office and CRM/ERP knowledge will be an added advantage.
