Role Description The Senior Graphic Designer is a full-time, on-site role based in Nagpur, responsible for leading visual design projects from concept to completion. This role involves developing brand identities, creating logos, and producing high-quality graphics for print, digital, outdoor, and other advertising mediums. The designer will translate creative briefs into compelling layouts, manage typography choices, and ensure visual consistency across campaigns and platforms.

Day-to-day work includes collaborating with account managers, copywriters, and other designers; presenting design concepts to stakeholders; refining designs based on feedback; and maintaining brand guidelines for multiple clients.

Designer is also expected to mentor junior designers, stay current with design trends and technologies, and contribute to process improvements within the creative team.

Qualifications

- Strong proficiency in Graphics and Graphic Design, with a robust portfolio demonstrating work across print, digital, and outdoor media.
- Experience in Logo Design and Branding, including creating and maintaining cohesive visual identities for diverse clients.
- Solid understanding of Typography, layout principles, and color theory to produce clear, impactful, and accessible designs.
- Advanced skills in industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and other relevant software).
- Proven experience in an agency or similar fast-paced setting, ideally in a senior or lead designer capacity.
- Strong conceptual thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to convert marketing objectives into visual solutions.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present and justify design decisions to internal teams and clients.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and maintain high-quality standards under time constraints.
- Relevant degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
