Experience: 8+ years in SAP Retail, with knowledge of business processes across Fashion, Health, Hard Goods, and Food.

3. Good experience in Retail Master Data, including Merchandise Hierarchy, Article Hierarchy, Article Master, Article Categories, and Site Master.

4. Good experience in Assortment & Layout Management, Pricing & Valuation.

5. SAP WM functional configuration experience, including setting up recent warehouse organizational structures, placement and picking strategies, inventory counting, and related warehouse processes.

6. Expertise in related areas such as Batch Management, Serial Number Management, Transportation Route Setup, Reporting, and Queries.

7. Experience in Lean and Full Warehouse Management, decentralized warehouse solutions such as Extended Warehouse Management, and 3PL warehouse integration.

8. Knowledge of Procurement, Internal Procurement, Inventory Management, Goods Receipt and Issue Handling, Goods Issue via outbound processes, Physical Inventory, and Cross-Docking.

9. Experience in Inventory & Warehouse Management, Handling Unit Management, Merchandise Distribution, Replenishment Planning, and various P2P processes.

Experience in RF barcode scanner solution design and development for warehouse operations, including hardware device setup for RF scanners and label printers.

11. Integration knowledge across multiple SAP modules, such as Finance and Accounting, Inventory, Warehouse Management, and Sales & Distribution.

12. Well-versed in SAP Best Practices to accelerate SAP project delivery and reduce project costs.

13. Experience in conducting Fit-Gap Analysis and creating RICEFs for business improvements, user exits, and interfaces.

14. Good knowledge of EDI interfaces for integration with third-party systems or principals.

15. Experience in suggesting process automation solutions for business processes.

16. Support experience in managing day-to-day IDoc monitoring, troubleshooting, and adherence to SLAs for incidents.

17. Ability to independently debug and resolve issues without dependency on the technical team.

18. Good consulting skills and ability to independently handle business users and stakeholders.

19. Experience with external tools for labelling requirements.

20. Experience working in a multilingual environment.

21. Experience in Customs processes and Taxation.

22. Good experience in EDI interfaces for integration with third-party systems or principals.

23. Experience in Microservices.
