Job Description

The purpose of this position is to support Industrialization of Localization projects as per PS Process Landscape at PS in India (PSIN) to achieve excellence in Manufacturing for all products, through SE (Simultaneous Engineering) methodology.

Project Management:

Implement SE-Agile methodology for Current projects, administer collaboration with SE(Simultaneous Engineering) team & monitor KPI's w.r.t Resource, Time, Specification, Cost & Budget

Process Management:

- Create and maintain Project management documentation as per PS Process Compass.
- Plan and execute capital equipment (MAE) acquisition and installation, including pre-acceptance/final acceptance/safe launch & administer handover of project for Series manufacturing along with defined communication matrix

Team Management:

Define RASI of SE team, improve collaboration with IPN
( International Production Network ) & provide Guidance & support in Industrialization phase.
