Maximo Application Suite (MAS) Installation and Upgrade Consultant to serve as the technical authority for our enterprise asset management modernization projects. In this role, you will lead the architecture, containerized deployment, and end-to-end migration of legacy Maximo infrastructure (v7.6.x) to the cloud-native IBM MAS (v8.x / v9.x) ecosystem.

Skills Required:

- Architect and install Maximo Application Suite (MAS) components-including MAS Core, Manage, Mobile, Health, Monitor, and Predict.

- Deploy and manage MAS on Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform (OCP) across on-premise, bare-metal, and public cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or IBM Cloud).

- Set up foundational MAS dependencies, including MongoDB, Kafka, Certificate Manager, and the Suite Licensing Service (SLS) topology for AppPoint allocation.

- Lead the data migration and database modernization process

- Re-establish and optimize secure enterprise integrations using the Maximo Integration Framework (MIF), REST/JSON APIs, Web Services, and OSLC.

- Configure platform security layer mechanisms, including TLS/SSL certificates,



enterprise identity management (LDAP, SAML SSO, IAM), and secret stores.

- Set up foundational MAS dependencies, including MongoDB, Kafka, Certificate Manager, and the Suite Licensing Service (SLS) topology for AppPoint allocation.

- Lead the data migration and database modernization process (including schema mapping and data optimization from Oracle/SQL Server to IBM Db2 where applicable).

- Design and carry out complex system upgrades using the Maximo Upgrade Utility, minimizing downtime during critical cutover periods.

- Re-establish and optimize secure enterprise integrations using the Maximo Integration Framework (MIF), REST/JSON APIs, Web Services, and OSLC.

- Configure platform security layer mechanisms, including TLS/SSL certificates, enterprise identity management (LDAP, SAML SSO, IAM), and secret stores.

Required Experience:
- Total Maximo Experience: Minimum of 5 8+ years of hands-on technical experience in Maximo Asset Management.

- Dedicated MAS Experience: 2+ years of verified project experience successfully installing, configuring, or upgrading to MAS 8.x or 9.x.

- Containerization: Solid proficiency in administering and deploying workloads on Red Hat OpenShift (OCP).
