Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement best practices within the team to enhance productivity and quality.




- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring to support the growth and development of team members.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment of applications.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Mainframe experience with Websphere is mandate
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Websphere Application Server & Portal Administration.
- Valuable To Have Skills: Experience with Java Enterprise Edition.
- Strong understanding of application server architecture and deployment processes.
- Experience in troubleshooting and performance tuning of enterprise applications.
- Familiarity with security configurations and compliance standards related to application servers.
- Ability to automate routine tasks and streamline application management workflows.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Websphere Application Server.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
