You will engage in day-to-day activities that support the development and implementation of customer relationship management solutions. You are expected to build knowledge and support the team while actively participating in problem-solving discussions. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) Core Development is required. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Dataverse is recommended. Additionally,



advanced proficiency in Microsoft Power Automate Cloud Flows and Microsoft Power Applications Model-Driven Applications is suggested. Develop a strong understanding of business requirements to deliver effective and efficient CRM solutions. Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges in a timely manner. Contribute to continuous improvement by suggesting enhancements to existing processes and applications. Apply best practices and standards to ensure high-quality deliverables and maintainable solutions.
