Job Description:

- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for data-related initiatives, application development, data integration, and data onboarding projects within the Capital Markets domain.

- Collaborate with business users, product owners, data teams, technology teams, and other stakeholders to understand business objectives and data requirements.

- Prepare and maintain Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), user stories, acceptance criteria, functional specifications, and process flows.

- Analyze business data, data structures, source-to-target mappings, and data flows to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency.

- Work on data onboarding, data migration, data integration, and data transformation initiatives related to capital markets applications.

- Understand capital markets business processes, financial instruments, market data, trade lifecycle, and related business workflows.

- Perform gap analysis, impact analysis, and root cause analysis to identify data discrepancies, process inefficiencies, and business requirements.





- Translate business requirements into functional specifications and collaborate with development, data engineering, QA, and architecture teams to ensure effective solution delivery.

- Participate in the end-to-end SDLC, including requirement analysis, solution design, development support, testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), implementation, and post-production support.

- Define and validate business rules, data quality checks, reconciliation requirements, and acceptance criteria to ensure data accuracy and integrity.

- Coordinate with business and QA teams to prepare test scenarios, validate data outputs, investigate defects, and ensure solutions meet business expectations.

- Support Agile delivery through backlog refinement, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and other Agile ceremonies.

- Manage stakeholder expectations, resolve requirement-related queries, track dependencies, and ensure alignment between business needs and technology deliverables.

- Maintain functional documentation, data mapping documents, process flows, requirement traceability matrices, and change logs throughout the project lifecycle.
