Job Description:
- Enterprise and Salesforce Architecture: Own the target, transition, and solution architecture for Salesforce across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud, Data Cloud where applicable, and custom applications on the Salesforce Platform. Define architecture principles, reference patterns, technology standards, data and integration boundaries, reusable services, and decision records aligned with organization enterprise architecture. Design end-to-end processes that cross Salesforce modules and external platforms while preserving clear system ownership, data authority, security boundaries, and operational support responsibilities. Lead architecture reviews and approve or reject solution options based on business fit, platform limits, security, data integrity, performance, scalability, resilience, maintainability, and total cost of ownership. Maintain architecture roadmaps covering platform modernization, legacy retirement, technical debt, upgrades, integration evolution, data quality, observability, and emerging Salesforce capabilities.
- Real-Estate CRM Process and Data Architecture: Design cross-platform processes for real-estate lead capture, qualification, distribution, Telesales engagement, opportunity and pipeline management, property and unit interest, campaign orchestration, sales hand-off, and customer service. Work with business and product owners to simplify processes, remove duplication, standardize business rules, and align customer experiences across Sales, Tele-sales, Marketing, CRM, and Service teams. Define scalable data models for customers, leads, accounts, contacts, opportunities, properties, projects, units, campaigns, interactions, consent, cases, and related business entities. Establish master-data boundaries, matching and duplicate-management approaches, dataquality controls, retention, lineage, and synchronization rules across Salesforce and source systems. Ensure designs support UAE and international customer journeys, localization, regulatory needs, high-volume lead processing, complex sales structures, and reliable management reporting.
- Force.com, Lightning and Technical Solution Design: Provide expert direction across Force.com and Salesforce Classic capabilities, Apex, Visualforce, workflows and approvals, together with Lightning Experience, Flow, Lightning Web Components, platform events, and current Salesforce services. Determine when to use standard configuration, Flow, custom code, managed packages, APIs, middleware, events, or external services, and document the rationale and support implications. Review solution designs and code approaches for governor limits, bulkification, asynchronous processing, sharing, transaction boundaries,
error handling, logging, testability, deployment, and upgrade resilience. Define security architecture covering identity, single sign-on, profiles, permission sets, roles, sharing, connected apps, named credentials, encryption, audit, privacy, consent, and privileged access. Set non-functional requirements and architecture quality gates for performance, availability, integration latency, recoverability, monitoring, maintainability, testing, and data protection.
- Integration and Cross-Platform Architecture: Architect integrations with Genesys, company web and mobile platforms, Oracle ERP, property inventory and availability, middleware, document and payment services, analytics, identity, WhatsApp, SMS, email, and other enterprise systems. Select appropriate patterns across REST and SOAP APIs, bulk APIs, events, webhooks, middleware orchestration, batch, near-real-time synchronization, and data virtualization. Define interface contracts, canonical data mappings, authentication, throttling, retries, idempotency, reconciliation, error handling, observability, ownership, and support procedures. Identify upstream and downstream dependencies early and coordinate architecture decisions with application, integration, data, infrastructure, security, and vendor teams. Ensure integration designs minimize tight coupling, avoid unnecessary point-to-point interfaces, and remain resilient to Salesforce releases and external-system changes.
- Estimation, Delivery and Release Governance: Provide solution options, technical decomposition, complexity assessments, dependencies, risks, assumptions, and credible effort estimates for D1, D2, D3, and project demands. Support conversion of effort into person days and story points, validate partner estimates, identify missing work, and advise on capacity, sequencing, and technical skills required. Work with product owners, analysts, developers, QA, DevOps, and release management to ensure epics, stories, acceptance criteria, and technical tasks are complete and implementable. Govern design through build, SIT, UAT support, deployment, and hypercare; review test strategy, deployment plans, rollback, data changes, integration readiness, and operational handover. Define workplace, source-control, branching, metadata, CI/CD, code-review, automatedtest, release,
and configuration-management standards using approved tools such as SFDX, VS Code, Copado, Gearset, Jenkins, or equivalents.
- Optimization and Partner Technical Governance: Assess the current Salesforce estate for redundant customization, obsolete Force.com components, inefficient automation, data-volume risks, performance issues, security gaps, and avoidable license or support cost. Drive platform optimization through simplification, standardization, reusable components, Flow and Lightning modernization, code remediation, automation, and retirement of duplicate capabilities. Govern Cognizant and other partners through architecture forums, design and code reviews, quality gates, technical KPIs, defect trends, capacity reviews, and corrective actions. Support incident and problem management for complex or recurring issues, lead technical root-cause analysis, and ensure permanent fixes address systemic design weaknesses. Build company architecture knowledge through current-state and target-state diagrams, data models, interface catalogues, standards, runbooks, decision records, and structured knowledge transfer.
- Skills and Abilities: Expert knowledge of Salesforce architecture across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud, Data Cloud where applicable, and custom applications on the Salesforce Platform. Deep knowledge of both legacy Force.com and up-to-date Salesforce technologies, including Classic, Apex, Visualforce, workflows, approvals, Lightning Experience, Flow, Lightning Web Components, platform events, APIs, and managed packages. Strong architecture skills across business processes, domain and data modelling, integration, identity and security, DevOps, observability, performance, resilience, and platform lifecycle management. Ability to produce credible solution options and effort estimates using technical decomposition, assumptions, dependencies, risks, person days, story points, and capacity constraints. Strong understanding of Salesforce governor limits, data volumes, sharing, transaction management, asynchronous processing, bulk patterns, testing, deployment, and upgrade impact. Strong knowledge of real-estate CRM and Tele-sales processes and the integrations required among CRM, contact centre, property inventory, ERP, digital, marketing, document, payment, and analytics platforms. Ability to govern managed-service partners through architecture reviews, coding standards, quality gates, technical KPIs, delivery assurance, and continuous optimization. Excellent written and visual architecture communication, stakeholder facilitation, technical leadership, negotiation, and decision making skills.
