Develop and refine financial models to evaluate diverse project scenarios and financing alternatives, providing data-driven insights for strategic decision-making.

Manage and enhance relationships with external credit rating agencies to maintain strong credit ratings for TSL and its subsidiaries.

Implement strategies to optimize the company's capital structure, meticulously monitoring debt positions and calculating the Weighted Average Cost of Capital (WACC).

Evaluate long-term funding and non-fund-based requirements for designated group companies under the One Treasury initiative, ensuring adherence to tax and transfer pricing regulations.

Prepare comprehensive board notes and deliver compelling presentations to articulate business cases and strategic financial proposals.

Oversee and ensure continuous compliance with bank covenants, proactively mitigating potential risks and maintaining robust lender relationships.
